Product Description

Transparent High Barrier AlOx PET Film The AlOx Metallized PET film is coated with a transparent aluminum oxide layer on the surface of the BOPET film substrate by physical vapor deposition. It has a good heat resistance stability, high temperature resistance, high strength and stable chemical properties. Compared with co-extruded film, coated film and common metallized film, transparent AlOx film is more environmental friendly, and has better barrier performance and printing performance. It provides better transparency visibility and printability, and is suitable for food packaging, medical products, medical materials, electronic products and other products that require higher barrier properties. The product models are classified as follows:

Properties:
1. High barrier and environmental friendly packaging material with excellent oxygen barrier and moisture barrier performance;

Product Description

It is usually colorless, transparent and glossy film. It has excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high and low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, air tightness and fragrance retention. It is one of the commonly used composite film substrates.

The thickness of polyester film is generally from 6micron to 175micron, which is commonly used as the outer material of cooking packaging, with good printability

BOPET film has the following advantages:

1. Good mechanical properties, good rigidity and high strength.
2. Excellent cold resistance and heat resistance. The suitable temperature range is - 70 ~ 150 ºC.
3. Good water resistance, gas resistance and fragrance retention.
4. It has good antistatic property, easy to vacuum aluminize, and can be coated with PVDC, so as to improve its heat sealing, barrier and printing adhesion.
5. Resistant to grease and most solvents, weak acids and alkaline liquids. The disadvantage of BOPET film is poor puncture resistance.

Applications:
1. Widely used in Packaging barrier for food such as meat, cooked food, biscuits, candy, dried fruit, tea, coffee, chocolate, dehydrated food, seafood, flavors, etc. and electronics, daily chemicals, food products, pharmaceuticals, etc.;
2. Replace the K (PVDC) coated film to greatly improve the barrier properties of the product and reduce the environmental pollution caused by PVDC. It can be boiled and steaming cooked. It has better visibility and no yellowing;
3. Replacement of BOPA, EVOH and co-extruded film,. It can greatly reduce the cost, greatly improve the barrier performance of the product, and with better adaptability;
4. In place of SiOx, it can greatly reduce the cost. It has softer hand feeling, better transparency, better processing performance and better environmental recycling treatment;
5. Replacing the use of aluminum foil, the composite strength is higher, the cost is lower, it can be see-through, microwave heating, and can be detected by metal;
